I’M GOOD AT HIDING

Today I dreamed about a chase in St. Petersburg. I find shelter in the building of an institute for the study of geodesy. I run through pink gothic corridors and stairs upstairs. On the top floor is the girls’ bathroom (like in Harry Potter). A sense of danger and fear. I see a window high above the radiator, an old window to the ceiling. It opens easily thanks to a comfortable wooden handle. Birds chirping and wind rushing into the room (my French teacher used to say: “The main thing to do when you hit a snag during an exam is not to stand frozen, but to do something. For example, go to the window and open it.” At home, I often open the window in the kitchen. To do this, I have to climb up on a chair. I heard birds recently, during the warming season.
